COACHING / YOUR MEASUREMENT, YOUR MODEL

Your measurement. Your budget. Let’s work on it.

Have a spreadsheet full of numbers but cannot justify every assumption? In 1:1 coaching, we work on your specific case so you can explain the model and your next decisions.

FROM YOUR FIRST QUESTION TO PRACTICE

Not just a finished spreadsheet. Your own understanding.

For people who know the basics and need support with implementation. We start with your model, certificate, measurement series or decision-rule question, and separate data from assumptions.

Start with the basics↗
  1. Define the problem

Describe your method, measurement objective and where you are stuck. We agree the scope and the data needed.

  2. Walk through the model

Review inputs, units, corrections, distributions and possible correlations. We look for missing information, not convenient shortcuts.

  3. Check the interpretation

Discuss what the calculation supports, what is conditional, and how the result connects with your measurement decision.

  4. Leave with a clear next step

Identify what to clarify in your data, model or procedure. VEGA can help organise calculations, but cannot replace knowledge of the process.

Knowledge that keeps working.

Connect an understood model with organised work in VEGA. The tool supports calculation; you remain responsible for inputs, assumptions and interpretation.

Questions worth asking.

What should I prepare?

A short measurement description, objective and your main question. Do not send confidential documents in the first email; we can agree a secure way to share them later.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the case complexity and data quality. Scope, format, session count and price are agreed individually.

Will this guarantee a successful audit?

No. The goal is a defensible model and stronger competence, not a promised audit or accreditation outcome.

Let’s start with your case.
